OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
In serving as the conduit between our client's hiring team(s) and the candidates we have identified for their open positions, our job is to seamlessly coordinate all introductions and the logistics inherent to that process.
This can be a complex task for those candidates not currently living or working within the client's geography. Depending on the client's individual qualification process, logistics can consist of coordinating telephone and face-to-face interviews along with technical, aptitude and personality screens.
At Best Sales Recruiters, we excel at coordinating logistics. We ensure everyone involved in the hiring process, both our clients and candidates, are one the same page in terms of travel arrangements and interview times - particularly for those candidates coming in from out of town. In addition, we make sure that feedback from each interaction is communicated quickly and thoroughly back to all parties involved.
