OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

QUALIFICATION

Having completed our due diligence and collected the relevant candidate data during the Discovery phase then targeted a slate of gainfully employed individuals during the Identification phase we move on to arguably one of the most critical points in our recruiting process, the Qualification phase.

 

This is the point at which we begin to evaluate each candidate individually based on their career needs and objectives.

At Best Sales Recruiters, we believe that once a candidate has been vetted for their experience and skill sets, you have to have to thoroughly evaluate their individual career circumstances in order to determine what degree of a fit they are for the position in question.

 

Our recruitment team starts by laying out all the details we have gathered on the position for the candidate to digest. A gainfully employed candidate who is not aggressively looking for a new job tends to be more discriminating and forthright than one who is either not currently employed or actively looking. Seeing as how they are not necessarily in a desperate situation forcing them to find a new job quickly, as a recruiter you can feel a greater degree of confidence that the candidate is not misrepresenting themselves or their intentions simply to come off as more favorable for the role.

 

The majority of the candidates we target are comfortable in their existing roles, however they are open to listening to new opportunities. Once we lay out all the details of the position to the candidate, we let relate back to us why they think this particular role may or may not be a good fit. They are usually very quick to tell us that the job in question is either not suitable for their current needs or it is something they would like to investigate further. That being said, we have a great deal of confidence in working with these types of candidates because we know they are not just going to tell us they are interested simply because they need a job.

 

The individuals we target are looking for stable, long term roles that are the logical next step in their career progression.
